Terms of Service

I do not offer refunds for any reason but I do want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please know that I will always do my best to resolve any situation that arises.

If your items arrives broken, contact me to receive verification. From there mail them back to me and I will repair them free of charge. If I cannot repair them then I will offer an exchange of a similarly priced product.

If your purchase is in transit or is marked delivered but you haven't received it please contact your local post office. 

When you purchase USPS postal insurance you file a claim through them and they will refund you.
